Eaton B127A-008-BH Tripp Lite B127A 8 Port 4K 60Hz HDMI Splitter

Detailed Specifications

The Eaton B127A-008-BH is a robust 8-port HDMI over Cat6 splitter designed to efficiently distribute crystal-clear 4K video signals across extended distances. This solution is ideal for complex digital signage installations, educational facilities, corporate conference rooms, and retail environments where source and display locations exceed the limitations of traditional HDMI cabling. It effectively addresses the challenge of delivering high-quality audio and video content to multiple displays simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance for diverse applications. Engineered for superior visual fidelity, the B127A-008-BH supports Ultra HD 4K resolutions at a smooth 60 Hz, incorporating High Dynamic Range (HDR) for a wider spectrum of vibrant colors and richer contrast, as well as 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for uncompromised image clarity. Its integrated Power over Cable (PoC) technology streamlines deployment by delivering power to compatible remote receivers directly over the Cat6 cable, eliminating the need for separate power outlets at each display location. This feature, combined with HDCP 2.2 compliance, ensures seamless playback of protected 4K content, making it a versatile choice for modern AV systems. The device features a compact, rack-mountable design, allowing for convenient integration into existing IT racks. It connects to an HDMI source and extends signals to up to eight HDMI displays up to 230 feet (70.1 meters) away using readily available Cat6 cabling. For local monitoring, a dedicated HDMI output port on the transmitter supports 4K at 60 Hz, ensuring direct visual confirmation of the distributed signal. Installation is plug-and-play, requiring no software, and its multi-resolution support intelligently scales video output to match the optimal resolution of each connected display.
