The RMA team always endeavors to make any returns as smooth as possible. You can raise the return request easily from your “My Account” section by signing in to the website and following the simple steps given below.

Click on the order you wish to return and in the order details just select the products and quantity you want to return. Once your return request is reviewed, you will see the updated status in "My Merchandise Returns".

Please note we will only accept returned shipments with our prior authorization which you can see in Merchandise Returns Section.

We guarantee our valued clients FREE replacements on all new/refurbished equipment in case of any defects in the product.


A 25% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective current merchandise, on orders which may have been placed by mistake.

  • 1. Merchandise must be in unused and original packaging condition.
  • 2. Returns of bulk-packed and refurbished products will be considered saleable only if the sealing tape and its original packaging is unbroken.
  • 3. We do not give returns on discontinued products (except for defects, upon approval).
  • 4. We do not give returns on close-out or sale products unless defective.
  • 5. Custom printed labelled tapes, are non-returnable unless defective.
  • 6. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from original invoice date.
  • 7. Customer is responsible for paying any and all return freight costs.
