Overview

The SonicWall 02-SSC-1874 is a 10GBASE-T SFP+ copper transceiver module designed to add high-speed RJ45 Ethernet connectivity to compatible SonicWall firewall platforms. It supports multi-gigabit Ethernet over standard twisted-pair copper cabling, making it suitable for upgrading network uplinks without migrating to fiber.

This module supports 10GbE, 5GbE, 2.5GbE, and 1GbE link speeds, allowing seamless integration with modern multi-gig switches, ISP handoffs, and enterprise LAN infrastructure. Its RJ45 interface enables deployment using existing Cat6/Cat6a copper cabling where supported.

The module is intended for compatible SonicWall firewall models that support approved SFP+ accessories. It should not be used in systems that require fiber-optic transceivers or where the firewall platform does not list this module as supported.
