This is a modular mains-to-DC power supply intended for use by networking engineers in switch chassis supporting hot-swappable PSUs. It delivers up to 1,200 W and is designed for PoE+ operation in compatible systems. It attaches into compatible slots of high-density switches (notably the M4300-96X family). It is typically deployed in data centers, distribution switches, or campus core racks. In multi-PSU setups it can integrate with the platform’s internal load-sharing logic.
