Overview

The HPE JL084A is a stacking expansion module intended for deployment in the Aruba 3810M switch family. Network engineers use this module to link up to four of the switches into a unified stack, enabling increased bandwidth, fault tolerance and consolidated management across the stack. It fits directly into the module slot of the host switch and supports seamless data flow across the stack fabric—optimising campus- or data-centre-access layers. Its integration with the Aruba OS-Switch firmware supports stack monitoring, fail-over link resilience and unified configuration across all stacked units.
