Eaton P568-40M-FBR Tripp Lite 4K 60Hz 40m HDMI Fiber Cable
Overview
The Eaton P568-40M-FBR is a high-speed HDMI 2.0 Fiber Active Optical Cable (AOC) designed to deliver uncompromised 4K video and audio over extended distances. This 40-meter (131-foot) cable is engineered to meet the demands of modern home theaters, gaming setups, and digital signage applications where traditional copper HDMI cables fall short in length and performance. By utilizing optical fiber, the P568-40M-FBR ensures zero signal latency and complete immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), which can degrade signal quality in noisy IT environments. This advanced cable supports Ultra HD video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K x 2K) at a smooth 60 Hz, providing crystal-clear picture quality and vibrant colors. It is fully compatible with HDMI 2.0 standards, including HDCP 2.2, High Dynamic Range (HDR), and 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, making it ideal for high-end PC gaming, professional A/V presentations, and displaying rich multimedia content. The P568-40M-FBR is also slimmer and more flexible than standard copper HDMI cables, facilitating easier installation around corners and in tight spaces behind equipment. This plug-and-play solution draws all necessary power directly from the connected devices, eliminating the need for an external power supply and streamlining deployment.
