Overview

The Eaton P586-003-HD-V2A is a Tripp Lite by Eaton Mini DisplayPort 1.2a to HDMI active adapter cable designed to connect a Mini DisplayPort or compatible Thunderbolt-enabled computer to an HDMI display. It uses male connectors on both ends and provides a direct cable solution without requiring a separate power adapter.

The Tripp Lite P586-003-HD-V2A supports HDMI 2.0, 4K × 2K resolution at 60 Hz, and HDCP 2.2. Because it is an active adapter, it can work with both Single-Mode and Dual-Mode (DP++) DisplayPort outputs, including systems whose graphics hardware does not provide DP++ output.

The 3 ft. cable is suitable for connecting computers, tablets, workstations, and other Mini DisplayPort-equipped systems to 4K monitors, projectors, televisions, and digital signage displays.
