Overview

The HPE JZ153A (Aruba AP-318) is an indoor-rated access point built for environments that demand durability or elevated performance—such as warehouse freezers, manufacturing floors, large meeting venues or high-density offices. It supports dual-band wireless operation (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz) with a 4×4:4 spatial-stream radio on the 5 GHz band and a 2×2:2 on the 2.4 GHz band (or variants thereof) delivering up to approximately 1.73 Gbps in ideal conditions.  It features both a 1 Gb RJ-45 uplink and a 1 Gb SFP uplink port for flexible wiring.  This model is best suited for indoor commercial environments where you want higher throughput, MU-MIMO client support and hardened build quality.
