Overview :

The APC SMT750I is a line‑interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to deliver 750 VA / 500 W backup power and voltage regulation for critical IT loads in 230 V environments. It is deployed by infrastructure teams in small offices, home offices, and network closets to protect servers, switches, storage, and workstations from outages, sags, surges, and brownouts.

This UPS uses line‑interactive topology with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to correct input voltage fluctuations without drawing significantly on the battery, preserving battery life while maintaining stable output. The unit delivers pure sine wave output on battery, making it suitable for equipment with active power factor correction (PFC).

The SMT750I integrates a multifunction LCD interface that shows real‑time status, load, input/output conditions, and configuration parameters, and includes USB and SmartSlot communication ports for monitoring and control via APC software or optional network management cards.

The built‑in sealed lead‑acid (VRLA) battery provides runtime sufficient for orderly shutdowns and short outages; typical recharge time is approximately 3 hours. This UPS uses a user‑replaceable battery cartridge (RBC48), enabling maintenance without specialized tools.
