Overview

The Eaton SRW12US is a 12‑rack‑unit 19‑inch wall‑mount enclosure cabinet designed to house IT and networking equipment where floor space is limited or equipment needs to be positioned off the ground. It is deployed by network engineers, facilities teams, and IT technicians in wiring closets, retail closets, classrooms, and branch offices to organize and secure patch panels, switches, routers, UPS units, and small servers in a compact, accessible enclosure.

This enclosure supports 12U of usable rack space and accommodates rack‑mount devices with adjustable rails that can be set for shallow or switch‑depth gear. The enclosure has a maximum load capacity of 200 lb (≈90.7 kg), suitable for typical branch‑office network components such as small UPS units, power strips, switches, and patch panels.

The enclosure is intended for wall mounting using included brackets, freeing up floor space and elevating equipment for ease of access and improved airflow. A front lockable door and removable side panels provide equipment security while allowing cable routing through top and bottom cutouts. Ventilation on the front, sides, top, and bottom supports passive airflow through the cabinet to help keep installed devices within recommended operating temperatures.
