The Eaton SR45UB is a 45U floor-standing rack enclosure designed for housing servers, network equipment, and power infrastructure in structured IT environments. It is deployed by data center engineers, network architects, and infrastructure teams requiring a secure and standardized rack platform for equipment installation.

This enclosure supports standard 19-inch rack equipment with a total capacity of 45U and a high static load rating of up to 3500 lbs (1588 kg). It features four adjustable vertical mounting rails with square-hole (EIA-310-E compliant) openings, allowing flexible mounting depth adjustments to accommodate various server and UPS chassis sizes. The cabinet includes perforated front and rear doors to support front-to-rear airflow required for active cooling systems.

The SR45UB is typically deployed in data centers, MDF rooms, and large IDF environments where full-height racks are required for high-density server, storage, and switching infrastructure. Its standard 600 mm width and ~1050 mm depth align with common hot-aisle/cold-aisle containment strategies, making it suitable for structured airflow planning and row-based deployments.

From an integration standpoint, the enclosure supports 0U mounting for vertical PDUs and cable managers, enabling efficient power distribution and cable routing without consuming rack space.
