The Eaton PDUMH20‑ISO is a horizontal rack mount power distribution unit (PDU) that combines local load metering with built‑in AC surge and noise suppression. It is deployed by data center infrastructure engineers and network facilities teams in server rooms, branch racks, and IDF/MDF closets where real‑time visual load feedback and transient protection are needed without network management capability. The unit delivers consolidated distribution and protection to connected IT equipment from a single 20 A feed.

Electrically, this PDU accepts single‑phase 100–127 V (nominal 120 V) AC input via a NEMA L5‑20P plug with 5‑20P adapter on a 15 ft (4.57 m) cord. It is rated for 20 A (agency de‑rated to 16 A continuous), providing approximately 1.9 kW at 120 V capacity distributed to (12) NEMA 5‑20R and (2) NEMA 5‑15R receptacles. A front‑panel digital current meter displays total output current in amps for on‑site load monitoring.
