The Eaton PDUMH30ATNET is a switched power distribution unit (PDU) with automatic transfer switch (ATS) capability for rack deployments requiring resilient single‑phase AC distribution with network control. It is deployed by data center infrastructure teams, network architects, and facilities engineers to support critical servers, storage, and network equipment where uptime and resilient power sourcing are priorities. Combining switched outlet control with ATS logic, it ensures continuous power delivery from primary or secondary feeds and remote controllability via an IP interface.

Electrically, the PDUMH30ATNET accepts dual NEMA L5‑30P 30 A 120 V inputs tied to primary and secondary power sources such as separate breakers, UPS outputs, or generator feeds. Its total output capacity is 2.88 kW at 24 A, and it supports (24) NEMA 5‑15/20R receptacles plus (1) NEMA L5‑30R outlet, all of which are switchable and managed over the LX Platform network interface.

Mechanically, this unit occupies 2U horizontal rack space (EIA‑310 compliant) with included rackmount brackets and cable retention hardware. Its dual power inputs and ATS logic support single‑circuit redundant source designs in IDF/MDF, branch data center racks, and edge compute closets where automatic source transfer improves availability without manual intervention.

The built‑in LX Platform provides SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, Telnet, FTP, DHCP, NTP, and SMTP for integration into network management and DCIM tools, enabling remote outlet control, status monitoring, and alerting.
