Overview

The Eaton PDUMH15ATNET is a 1U horizontal rack‑mount switched Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Power Distribution Unit (PDU) designed to deliver controlled AC distribution and redundancy for critical IT equipment. It is deployed by infrastructure engineers and facilities teams to provide network‑managed outlet control and power path switching in single‑phase 120 V environments. Its core function combines outlet switching with ATS capability to maintain continuous power delivery from dual AC sources.

The unit supports a 12 A continuous current rating at 120 V, with two NEMA 5‑15P primary and secondary AC inputs feeding eight NEMA 5‑15R output receptacles. It incorporates a network management interface (LX platform) for remote control of outlet state, SNMP status, and load monitoring, enabling integration into broader DCIM or monitoring platforms via Ethernet.

This unit should not be used as a standalone UPS replacement or in three‑phase power installations. For higher voltage or three‑phase environments, a different PDU family or power distribution architecture is required.
