The Eaton N490-016-LCLC is a 1U rack-mounted fiber optic patch panel designed for structured fiber distribution in IT and network environments. It is deployed by network engineers and data center technicians to terminate, organize, and manage fiber connections within rack infrastructure. The panel simplifies fiber cross-connect and interconnect scenarios while maintaining proper cable routing and port identification.

This unit provides 16 duplex LC ports (32 fiber strands) in a compact 1U form factor. It supports both multimode (50/125 and 62.5/125) and singlemode (8.3/125 or 9/125) fiber cabling, allowing flexible deployment across mixed optical environments. The feed-through coupler design enables direct LC-to-LC patching without splicing, reducing installation complexity and signal loss points.

The panel is designed for installation in standard 19-inch racks, making it suitable for IDF, MDF, and data center cabinets where structured fiber management is required.
