Overview

The Eaton 5PX2000RTG2 is a 1.95 kVA (1950 VA) / 1.95 kW rack/tower convertible line-interactive UPS designed for distributed IT racks, network closets and edge-data scenarios where compact form-factor and high real-load capacity matter. In a 2U (≈3.4″) height chassis it supports full real-power (VA = watts) output, enabling you to connect more gear per rated VA thanks to its unity power-factor design. It features ABM® battery-management technology to extend battery lifespan and provide advanced warning of service requirements. The unit supports hot-swappable internal battery modules and can be paired with up to four external battery modules (EBMs) for extended runtime. With high efficiency (≈ 98 % at full load) and selectable rack or tower installation via included rail kit and pedestal feet, this UPS fits into IT racks where space and manageability matter. It is suited for protecting servers, network switches, storage arrays or PoE-dependent infrastructure in branch offices, retail locations or small data-centre cabinets.
