Overview

The Eaton ECO1500LCD is a line‑interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) intended for 120 V AC single‑phase protection of small IT and electronics equipment. It is deployed by IT engineers, facilities teams, and infrastructure technicians to maintain continuity of operation for servers, workstations, networking gear, and peripheral devices during utility power disturbances. The ECO1500LCD mitigates blackouts, brownouts, surges, and line noise, helping prevent data loss and hardware faults by supplying battery‑derived power during outages.

This UPS supports 1440 VA / 900 W output capacity, delivering typical runtime of approximately 12 minutes at half load and around 3 minutes at full load, sufficient for controlled shutdown or bridging to standby generators. It includes automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to stabilize undervoltage conditions without immediately engaging the battery, extending battery life and reducing unnecessary switchover operations.

Placement is tower‑oriented, suitable for standalone use in network closets, branch office server racks (on shelves), and distributed IT equipment closets where 120 V service is standard and rack height is limited.
