The StarTech P2DD46A2‑KVM‑SWITCH is a 2‑port dual‑monitor DisplayPort KVM switch that lets a single console (dual DisplayPort monitors plus keyboard, mouse and USB peripherals) control two DisplayPort‑equipped systems. It supports 4K @ 60 Hz (3840×2160) video on both monitors and shares USB devices using integrated USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) hub ports plus dedicated USB 2.0 HID ports for keyboard and mouse. The switch includes push‑button and hotkey switching with LED indicators and audible confirmation for reliable host selection. It’s ideal for engineering desks, control rooms, and multi‑system workstations needing high‑resolution dual‑display control. NOT suitable for multi‑user/matrix KVM deployments or applications requiring more than two hosts.
