The Eaton B030‑DP08‑17D is an integrated rack‑mount KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) switch console designed for consolidated local access to multiple servers and systems in IT racks. It is typically deployed by data center engineers, network administrators, and infrastructure technicians in core racks, consolidation points, and remote server closets to reduce physical console clutter and centralize access to up to eight DisplayPort‑equipped hosts. This console supports eight DisplayPort host connections with USB keyboard/mouse interfaces, allowing control of multiple servers or computers using one integrated display and input.
