With ultra-low latency (≤ 1.5 µs for 10 Gb packets) and non-blocking architecture, this Ethernet Switch is ideal for virtualized environments, server clustering, and high-throughput applications. Based on HP FlexFabric architecture with Comware v7 OS, it supports advanced Layer 2/3 routing, IRF stacking, and rich QoS features—delivering deterministic performance for enterprise workloads and seamless scalability using IRF stacking across multiple units.

Part of the HP FlexFabric 5900AF series, the JG336 delivers ultra-low-latency Ethernet Switch (< 1.5 µs for 10 GbE) and deterministic forwarding across all ports, supporting up to 1280 Gb/s switching capacity and forwarding up to ~952 Mpps (64-byte packets) The 48 auto-MDI/MDIX RJ‑45 ports support 1/10 GbE connectivity over existing Cat6a/Cat7 cables, while four QSFP⁺ uplinks provide 40 Gb trunking or breakout into 4×10 Gb links.Running on Comware v7 software, the Ethernet Switch supports rich routing and access feature sets including VLAN, DHCP Snooping, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, ACLs, multicast IGMPv2/v3, LLDP, and advanced QoS mechanisms like WRED, ECN, SP/WDRR queueing .
