The Eaton 5PXEBM48RTG2 is an external 48V extended battery module designed to provide additional runtime for Eaton’s 5PX G2 UPS systems, including models 5PX1000RTG2, 5PX1000RTNG2, 5PX1500RTG2, 5PX1500RTNG2, and 5PX1500HRTG2. This module is particularly beneficial for environments where extended battery backup is critical, such as small businesses, educational institutions, retail settings, financial services, and healthcare facilities. It supports both rack-mounted and tower configurations, offering flexibility in deployment. The module can be daisy-chained with up to four units to further extend runtime, making it suitable for applications requiring prolonged power protection.
