The StarTech DP14A-15M-DP-CABLE is a professional-grade, active DisplayPort 1.4 cable designed to deliver high-bandwidth video and audio signals over a long distance of 15 meters (49.2 feet). This hardware is an ideal solution for boardrooms, digital signage, and high-end workstations where the display is located far from the source computer. Unlike standard passive cables that suffer from signal degradation beyond 15 feet, this cable features an integrated active signal booster to maintain a stable, high-fidelity connection across its entire length.

This cable fully supports the DisplayPort 1.4 specification, providing a total bandwidth of up to 32.4Gbps. It is capable of driving resolutions up to 8K (7680 x 4320) at 60Hz or 4K at 120Hz, making it suitable for high-refresh-rate gaming, media production, and detailed architectural visualization. The cable also supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) for enhanced contrast and color accuracy, as well as Display Stream Compression (DSC 1.2) and Multi-Stream Transport (MST) for daisy-chaining multiple monitors.
