The NETGEAR XSM4324FS‑100NES (M4300‑24XF) is a high-performance, stackable switch tailored for demanding 10 GbE environments. It provides 24 SFP+ ports and two RJ-45 10 Gb uplinks, full L2/L3 routing, and AV-optimized multicast support—all in a compact half-width form with enterprise resilience and lifetime warranty.

Part of the M4300 family, this switch delivers advanced networking: static/IP routing, OSPF, PIM, VRRP, IPv6, VLANs, QoS, and L4 ACLs are all hardware-accelerated—no licensing needed . Stack up to eight units with Non‑Stop Forwarding and hitless failover, leveraging either 10 Gb or 40 Gb physical ports.

Advanced Options

Its 24× 10 GbE SFP+ ports support fiber or DAC cabling, ideal for data centers or server aggregation. The dual 10 Gb RJ-45 uplinks (also capable of 1 Gb speeds) provide flexible copper backbone options.
