The ST425 utilizes standby (offline) topology with simulated sine wave output, offering a cost-effective UPS solution for non-critical IT equipment. When normal AC utility power is present, your devices run directly from the grid; upon power disruption, the unit switches to battery mode in about 8 ms—enough time to sustain computers, routers, and consoles, giving you time to save work or trigger automatic shutdowns.

It includes 890 J surge suppression, EMI/RFI noise filtering, and transformer-spaced outlets to accommodate large adapters without blocking other plugs.
