Overview :

The GLCTEST is a DC Supplies GLC-TE compatible copper transceiver module that has been designed, programmed and tested to work with DC Supplies brand switches and routers for extended temperatures. The third party gigabit ethernet SFP module delivers dependable 1 GbE connectivity over copper cable, for 1000BASE-T compliant networks, with a maximum distance of up to 100 m (328 ft).

With a high-speed transfer rate of 1000 Mbps, this GLC-TE  SFP to LAN module is a cost-effective alternative to fiber. It connects using an RJ45 connector and is copper. It also features a maximum transfer distance of 100 m (328 ft) and an MTBF of 4,655,371 hours. The DC Supplies GLC-TE compatible SFP consumes less than 1.3 Watts and doesn’t support Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM).
