The Eaton B127M-004-H, from the Tripp Lite by Eaton Pro AV line, is a 1x4 HDMI over Cat6 splitter designed for medical applications. It distributes one HDMI source to up to four remote HDMI displays using Cat6 cabling, supporting video resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz.

The splitter supports HDMI 2.0, HDR, 36-bit Deep Color, 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, and uncompressed 7.1-channel digital audio. Its Power over Cable (PoC) technology supplies power to connected receivers through the Cat6 cable, reducing the need for separate power connections at the receiver locations.

The B127M-004-H is specifically designed for environments requiring medical-grade protection, incorporating EMI/RFI and ESD protection. It is also TAA compliant and can be installed using the included mounting hardware, including wall-, pole-, and 19-inch rack-mount configurations.
