Overview :

The Advantage Plan for single phase UPS and/or PDUs provides remedial repairs during the agreement year Includes the dispatch of qualified service personnel to provide repairs in the event of a problem Includes parts, labor and travel costs Includes Next-Business-Day response for the standard on-site offering Upgrades for one year 8-hour and 4-hour On-site response are available in most locations. Please consult with your local Schneider Electric Services sales representative for coverage in your area.

Orders for APC warranties are first reviewed by a DC Suppliers warranty specialist for completeness and eligibility. Eligible orders are then processed through one of APC's authorized distributors. Please note that distributors may require up to several days to process some warranty orders.
