The ENET JH236A-ENC is a 5-meter Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cable designed for high-speed 40 Gigabit Ethernet connections between QSFP+ ports. Fully compatible with HP Aruba X242 series switches and other QSFP+ devices, it delivers reliable, low-latency connectivity suitable for data center and enterprise network interconnections requiring short-range, cost-effective cabling.

Features :

This passive twinax copper cable eliminates the need for optical transceivers by providing a direct QSFP+ to QSFP+ connection with a fixed length of 5 meters. It supports the 40GBASE-CR4 standard with a data transfer rate up to 40 Gbps, suitable for high-bandwidth, short-reach interconnects such as top-of-rack switch connections or server uplinks. The cable uses standard QSFP+ connectors on both ends and is encoded to ensure compatibility and seamless integration with HP Aruba X242 platforms. Its design minimizes power consumption and latency while maintaining high signal integrity.
