Overview :

The AddOn SFP-BX-D-AU-AO is an Aruba Networks compatible, TAA-compliant 1000Base-BX SFP transceiver module. It's designed for bi-directional data transmission over a single strand of single-mode fiber up to 10 kilometers, making it ideal for cost-efficient, high-reliability Gigabit Ethernet communication in enterprise and data center environments. The module transmits on a 1490nm wavelength and receives on a 1310nm wavelength, allowing for duplex communication over a single fiber strand, which helps reduce infrastructure costs.

This transceiver comes with an LC duplex connector for secure and stable fiber connections. Its hot-swappable SFP form factor simplifies installation and maintenance, allowing for upgrades without network downtime.
