The ENET JH231A-ENC is a compatible 40G QSFP+ transceiver specifically designed for HP Aruba X142 networking equipment. This transceiver uses 850 nm VCSEL laser technology and supports the 40GBASE-SR4 standard, employing a 12-fiber MPO/MTP connector for efficient cable management in high-density environments. The device supports a maximum transmission distance of approximately 150 meters on OM4 multimode fiber, making it ideal for short-reach connections within data centers or campus networks. Designed for HP Aruba compatibility, the JH231A-ENC module is preprogrammed to integrate seamlessly with Aruba switches and supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), enabling real-time access to critical parameters such as optical power and temperature.
