Port 8 features 48V PoE passthrough (up to 12W) when externally powered, providing additional flexibility for network expansion.

Each US-8-60W switch features eight Gigabit Ethernet ports in a fanless, low-profile chassis. Four of these ports deliver 802.3af PoE with a shared total power budget of 60W, supporting devices such as UniFi access points and VoIP phones. When powered by 802.3at PoE or the included AC adapter, Port 8 offers 48V PoE passthrough—ideal for extending power to another device without needing an additional injector or outlet. The switches are managed through the UniFi Network Controller, offering a single-pane-of-glass interface to configure VLANs, monitor device traffic, enforce Quality of Service (QoS), and manage port-specific behavior.
