Overview

The NETGEAR AXM763-10000S is a 10GBASE-LRM SFP+ transceiver designed for extending 10 Gigabit Ethernet over existing legacy multimode fiber infrastructure without requiring expensive cable replacement. It delivers 10GbE connectivity up to 220 meters over OM1/OM2 62.5/125µm fiber and up to 260 meters over OM3/OM4 50/125µm fiber using a 1310nm wavelength with LC duplex connectors. This hot-swappable module fits NETGEAR M4300, M5300, M7100, and M7300 series switches, making it ideal for data center interconnects, campus backbone upgrades, and extending 10GbE to buildings with older fiber runs.
