Overview

The Ubiquiti INS‑3AF‑O‑G is an outdoor Power over Ethernet (PoE) converter that steps down standard 48 V 802.3af PoE to 24 V passive PoE for compatible Ubiquiti devices. It accepts PoE from an 802.3af switch and provides a single Gigabit Ethernet port with 24 V PoE out, enabling remote installations without dedicated injectors. The rugged design and extended temperature range support outdoor use, with surge and ESD protection to help safeguard connected equipment. It is suited for powering airMAX or UniFi radios and cameras deployed on poles, walls, or exterior structures.
