The ENET JL307A-ENC is a 3-meter passive twinax direct attach cable (DAC) designed for high-speed 100 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. Compatible with HP Aruba QSFP28 ports, it provides reliable, low-latency copper connections in data centers and enterprise equipment rooms. This 100GBase-CU DAC cable features QSFP28 connectors on both ends and uses high-quality AWG28 copper twinax cable for direct device interconnection without the need for transceivers.

Supporting data rates between 96.97 and 112.2 Gbps, it is suitable for connecting switches, servers, storage devices, and routers in short-reach applications typically within racks or across adjacent racks. The cable supports various protocols including 4 x InfiniBand EDR, 100G Ethernet, and 4 x 32G Fibre Channel. The passive design results in lower power consumption and reduced electromagnetic interference compared to active optical cables. It is tested for full compatibility with HP Aruba platforms and meets industry standards such as CE, RoHS, QSFP28 MSA, and SFF-8665.
