The HPE  671798‑001 (533FLR‑T) FlexFabric adapter offers two full-duplex 10 Gb Ethernet ports via copper RJ‑45 (10GBASE‑T), fully integrated into the FlexibleLOM slot. Powered by the Broadcom/Cavium 57810S chipset, it delivers true line-rate performance across both ports—ideal for virtualization hosts, storage networks, and compute-intensive enterprise environments. As a refurbished unit, it provides an affordable upgrade path while preserving PCIe expansion slots and delivering enterprise-class network features.

This FlexibleLOM adapter fits into the server’s FLR‑T bay, minimizing cabling and preserving PCIe lanes for other expansions. Both flat ports support auto-negotiation between 1 GbE and 10 GbE speeds and can reach up to 100 m over CAT 6a or 30 m over CAT 6 UTP cabling . It accelerates network performance via offload mechanisms including TCP/IP and UDP checksumming, TSO/LSO, RSS, and DPDK support. The adapter also supports tunnel offload (VXLAN, NVGRE), jumbo frames, PXE boot, NIC teaming, SR‑IOV, and Network Partitioning (NPAR), which allows slicing each 10 Gb port into up to four virtual NICs for flexible bandwidth segmentation
