The AXC7620-10000S is an active optical direct-attach SFP+ cable rated for 10 Gbps, used to interconnect switches, servers, or storage across medium copper/fiber hybrid links. It supports 20 m reach over duplex fiber, replacing discrete transceivers in short to medium links. It is suited for data center, top-of-rack, or server-farm interconnects. It plugs directly into two SFP+ ports and is transparent to the equipment — no configuration required.
