Overview

The Ubiquiti UACC‑DAC‑SFP10‑0.5M is a passive direct attach copper (DAC) cable with SFP+ connectors at both ends for short‑reach 10 Gigabit Ethernet links. It delivers 10 Gbps data rates with backward compatibility at 1 Gbps over a 0.5 m twinax copper assembly, suitable for rack‑to‑rack and adjacent‑rack interconnects in enterprise and data center networks. The passive design eliminates the need for separate transceivers, reducing power draw and latency for high‑speed connectivity between switches, servers, or other SFP+‑equipped devices. Its compact length and PVC jacket make installation clean in dense cabling environments.
