The Ubiquiti UACC‑AOC‑SFP28‑5M is an active optical cable used to link two SFP28 ports for high‑speed Ethernet connections in data center and enterprise networks. It supports multi‑rate operation up to 25 Gbps with 850 nm wavelength optics and is backward compatible with 10 Gbps and 1 Gbps where supported by the connected equipment. At 5 m length, the cable provides reliable rack‑to‐rack or cross‑rack connectivity with superior signal integrity compared to passive copper alternatives. Deployment is plug‑and‑play with compatible SFP28 ports, fitting into 25 Gbps switching or storage network infrastructures.
