Overview:

The Netgear RBS50Y-100NAS is an outdoor mesh WiFi satellite that extends Orbi network coverage up to 2,500 square feet into yards, patios, or outdoor workspaces. This AC3000 tri-band unit uses a dedicated 1733 Mbps 5GHz backhaul to maintain connection to your Orbi router while serving clients on separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios. The IP56-rated enclosure handles rain, dust, and temperature extremes from -20°C to +50°C, making it suitable for permanent outdoor mounting. Requires an existing Orbi router (RBR50, RBR40, or SRR60) to function.
