Overview
UBB-SINGLE-US is a 60GHz wireless point-to-point bridge designed to provide high-speed network connectivity between buildings or separated locations. It combines a high-capacity 60GHz main radio with a 5GHz backup radio and a Gigabit Ethernet interface for building-to-building network links.
Wireless Connectivity
The main 60GHz radio supports up to 1.7 Gbps data rates and uses a highly directional 17.2 dBi antenna. The integrated 5GHz backup radio provides an alternative wireless connection when the primary 60GHz link is interrupted or affected by environmental conditions.
Network and Management
The bridge provides one Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port and can be managed through a UniFi Console, Official UniFi Hosting, or a self-hosted UniFi Network Server. Bluetooth is also available for management.
Single-Unit Configuration
UBB-SINGLE-US is supplied as a single Building Bridge unit and is intended for replacement or spare applications. The 2-pack version contains two units paired out of the box, while the single-unit version includes one PoE adapter.
Outdoor Installation
The UBB uses a UV-resistant polycarbonate enclosure and supports wall and pole mounting. Its IPX6 weatherproofing and operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C support outdoor deployment in demanding environments.
