Overview

The Ubiquiti LOCOM5(US) is a compact outdoor customer-premises equipment (CPE) radio used by network engineers to build point-to-point or point-to-multipoint wireless links. It operates in the 5 GHz band using airMAX TDMA technology to extend Ethernet connectivity where cabling is impractical. The integrated directional antenna and passive PoE power simplify pole-mounted deployments. It fits rural broadband links, site-to-site connectivity, and perimeter network extensions.
