Overview

The Ubiquiti IS‑5AC‑US is a fixed‑beam outdoor wireless bridge radio for point‑to‑point or point‑to‑multipoint links in unlicensed 5 GHz bands used by network engineers to extend Ethernet over distance. It runs Ubiquiti’s airMAX ac protocol with support for real‑time RF metrics and horn antenna customization. The unit includes a Gigabit Ethernet port with passive PoE and is designed for pole‑mounted outdoor deployment. It fits in edge, campus, and small‑site connectivity scenarios requiring line‑of‑sight bridging.
