The NETGEAR WBE718-111NAS is a tri-band WiFi 7 (802.11be) cloud-managed wireless access point engineered for high-density small-to-medium enterprise environments. Network administrators, IT teams, and MSPs deploy this access point to eliminate wireless congestion and support high-bandwidth end devices across modern office buildings, educational facilities, healthcare spaces, and hospitality venues.

It operates concurrently across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, delivering an aggregate wireless theoretical throughput of up to 9.4 Gbps (5765 Mbps on 6 GHz, 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz, and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz). Featuring a 2x2 MIMO architecture on each band with ultra-wide 320 MHz channel support on 6 GHz, it connects to wired backbones via a single 2.5G Multi-Gigabit Ethernet port powered by IEEE 802.3at PoE+ (25W max consumption).

Designed for discrete ceiling or wall mounting in branch offices, corporate campuses, and edge network locations. Remote central management, network monitoring, and configuration are driven via the NETGEAR Insight Cloud platform without requiring dedicated on-premise hardware controllers. Do not deploy in outdoor locations without proper surge protection enclosures or where local PoE+ (802.3at) power infrastructure is unavailable.
