Detailed Specifications
Netgear RAX36S-100PAS - AX3000 4-Stream WiFi 6 Router
Overview :
The Netgear RAX36S-100PAS is a high-performance WiFi 6 router designed to address the increasing density of wireless devices in modern small offices and home-based professional environments. Operating on the 802.11ax standard, it delivers a combined throughput of up to 3Gbps, effectively mitigating congestion in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands through a 4-stream architecture. This model is particularly relevant for remote branch offices or edge deployments where secure, reliable connectivity is paramount but a full enterprise-grade rack solution is overkill.
It utilizes OFDMA technology to manage multiple data streams simultaneously, significantly reducing latency for real-time applications like VoIP and high-definition video conferencing. The integration of Netgear Armor provides a critical layer of cybersecurity at the gateway level, protecting all connected IoT devices from external threats and vulnerabilities. Deployment is straightforward via the Nighthawk app or a comprehensive web interface, allowing for granular control over network segments. For IT managers, the RAX36S offers a cost-effective solution for ensuring consistent performance and WPA3-level security for remote personnel accessing corporate resources.Key Features :
4-Stream WiFi 6 for 3Gbps aggregate throughput.
Integrated Netgear Armor multi-layer cybersecurity.
Five Gigabit Ethernet ports for stable wired links.
OFDMA technology improves efficiency for 20+ devices.
