Overview

The Eaton SRWF5U36 is a low-profile 5U wall-mount rack enclosure designed for secure housing of 19-inch rack equipment in space-constrained IT environments. It is commonly used in network closets, retail backrooms, classrooms, branch offices, and edge deployments where floor-standing racks are not practical.

This enclosure supports up to 150 lb of static load capacity and accommodates equipment up to 36 inches deep, including servers, UPS systems, patch panels, and network switches. The vertical mounting design minimizes floor footprint while maintaining full rack functionality for structured cabling and small infrastructure deployments.

The cabinet features a locking front door, vented steel construction for passive airflow, and adjustable mounting rails to support varied equipment depths. A secondary 2U slide-out mounting area is included for patch panels or shallow networking gear, improving cable organization and access.
