TRENDnet TWP-101T 4K Wireless Presentation Transmitter
Overview :
The TRENDnet TWP-101T is a 4K wireless presenter add-on transmitter designed to expand the capabilities of an existing TRENDnet 4K Wireless HDMI Extender Kit (TWP-100R1K). It serves as a dedicated solution for environments like conference rooms, classrooms, and corporate meeting spaces where seamless content sharing from multiple sources is required. The primary function of this device is to allow additional presenters to wirelessly connect their laptops or computers to a central display without the need for physical HDMI cables. This transmitter simplifies collaboration by creating a plug-and-play experience for users. It leverages 802.11ac Wi-Fi to stream high-quality video and audio directly to the receiver. The system can be expanded to support up to 32 discrete transmitters, enabling quick and easy switching between different presenters with the push of a button. This approach eliminates cable clutter and reduces the technical friction often associated with connecting various devices to a shared screen. Designed for desktop use, the compact TWP-101T connects to a source device via an integrated USB 2.0 cable for power and an HDMI port for the audio/video signal. Its compatibility with both Windows and Mac operating systems ensures broad usability across different platforms. The transmitter supports video resolutions up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 at 30Hz), providing clear, detailed image quality for professional presentations.
