yealink A40CEAUDIO - Video Conferencing Bar Bundle

Overview

The yealink A40CEAUDIO is an enterprise-grade all-in-one smart video collaboration bar bundle engineered for small to medium-sized corporate meeting rooms, focus spaces, and executive huddle environments.Running natively on an Android 13 operational architecture, this integrated video bar solution solves the infrastructure challenges of equipment fragmentation, cabling clutter, and unreliable acoustic capture during hybrid conference calls. The bundle extends standard video bar audio capabilities by pairing the primary processing endpoint with dedicated networked ceiling audio hardware to eliminate communication dead zones across the workspace.

At the technical foundation of the unit's visual capture subsystem is an AI-powered dual-camera matrix housing twin 48-megapixel lenses. This hardware configuration yields ultra-wide coverage spanning a 120-degree diagonal field of view without fish-eye warping, dynamically stitching high-density pixel streams to deliver true 4K Ultra-HD resolution at 60 frames per second. An integrated AI computing engine runs continuous real-time video intelligence routines, executing automatic framing, intelligent speaker tracking, Multi-focus Framing, and Video Fence containment parameters. A built-in motorized electronic lens cap automatically seals the optics when meetings terminate to preserve corporate physical privacy.

Acoustic capture is handled via an embedded 8-element MEMS beamforming microphone array, featuring a localized 6-meter (20-foot) range that cross-references inputs to neutralize structural reverb and ambient background noises. The unique "A40CEAUDIO" deployment package integrates this hardware with an external ceiling audio architecture, using an RJ-45 VCH network port to sync external pickup zones for absolute full-duplex transmission across the entire architecture. Sound emission is driven by dual 10W front-facing integrated stereo speakers featuring low-distortion acoustic cavities that push intelligible human vocals directly into the room.

The hardware is designed for immediate enterprise provisioning via Microsoft's Mobile Device Extension for Android (MDEP) security baseline, ensuring compliance with strict network access control and data encryption standards. Connectivity layouts feature plug-and-play USB-C interfaces supporting full Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) peripheral pass-through, dual HDMI outputs for dual-screen configurations, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.0. Install the hardware safely using the supplied heavy-duty television clip mount or the dedicated secure wall bracket directly beneath or above the main display asset. Do not install this unit in rooms larger than 15 occupants or in environments lacking active Gigabit network routing switches.
