Overview :

The Eaton B203-101-IND is a 1-Port Industrial USB over Cat6 Extender designed to connect a computer, laptop or server to a USB peripheral over existing Cat5/Cat6 cabling. The extender supports USB 2.0 speeds up to 480 Mbps and provides a transmission distance of up to 150 ft. (45.72 m).

The unit consists of a transmitter and receiver with industrial-grade metal housings. It supports Power over Cable (PoC), allowing power to be delivered to the transmitter through the Cat5/6 connection. The system is suitable for industrial environments such as warehouses, factories, production areas and other locations where equipment may need to be mounted on a wall or DIN rail.

The B203-101-IND includes ESD protection up to ±15 kV, supports major operating systems including Windows, macOS and Chrome, and is TAA compliant. Eaton identifies the product as part of the Eaton Tripp Lite series.
