Overview
The Eaton Tripp Lite U042-025 is a 25 ft active USB 2.0 cable with a USB-A male connector and USB-B male connector. It is designed to connect computers to USB-B peripherals such as printers over distances beyond the standard 5 m passive USB cable limitation.
A built-in active repeater regenerates the USB signal to maintain USB 2.0 High-Speed operation at up to 480 Mbps across the full 25 ft length. The cable is backward compatible with USB 1.1, although USB 2.0 speeds require compatible USB 2.0 host and peripheral ports.
