Overview
The Eaton SU1500XLCD is a 1500 VA / 1350 W online double-conversion uninterruptible power supply designed to deliver continuous, clean AC power and battery backup for network equipment, servers, storage, telecommunications, and similar systems that cannot tolerate power disturbances. It is deployed by IT engineers, data-center technicians, and facilities teams in edge closets, server rooms, and small data halls where zero transfer time and regulated output are required.
This UPS uses an online double-conversion topology to isolate connected loads from utility voltage anomalies by continuously converting incoming AC to DC and then regenerating AC output. It supports 1500 VA (≈1350 W) capacity, true sine wave output, selectable nominal voltages (100/110/120/127 VAC), and a 0 ns transfer time to battery.
The SU1500XLCD is a tower form factor unit suitable for placement on floors, shelves, or alongside racks in IDF/edge closets and smaller server room deployments. Six NEMA 5-15R outlets distribute conditioned and backed-up power to connected devices, while front-panel LCD provides instant readouts of load, battery, and input/output status.
Communications include USB and DB9 (serial) ports for local management, with an expansion slot supporting an optional WEBCARDLXE network management card for remote SNMP monitoring, safe shutdown, and alerting integration.
